i am veerababu from visakhapatnam, at first an inside sales specialist in skilllync named karthik called me to take course i replied him about my financial background is very poor i am not interested in any paid courses sorry leave me, but after that he again called me to you dont have to pay any money our company and me can bear all your payments. i am again asking what is your advantage. so that they said that we are helping some poor students.

after the conversation they asked me to send the documents like aadhar, pan, bank passbook, for registration. i send those to them. again they called me to you did not cross 21 years so pls send your mother or father details. i send my mother details.

after some days eduvanz representative called me to submit the missing document. eduvanz is a loan financial partner, i am immediately called to skilllync what is happening with my documents. i am not interested to join in these course, please canvcel it, after that they said you dont fear, we are take care of all your payments. ok then i can proceed.

they paid my three months of EMI after that they hands up and you have to pay the remaining amount.

i have raised the course cancellation request but they are not responding, after few weeks one executive called me about cancellation issue, they said that cancellation is not possible, continue your course we are giving a 10% discount specially to you. i am not interested please cancel it anyway.

they did not said at the time of joining there is no cancellation policy.
i have also contacted to grievence team also but they said that we are still working on your issue but they are not replied yet.

there are so many executives called me to convincing the course to continue but i said i want to cancel it immefiately all are said same thing we are working on your issue and they cutted the call and no reply from them.

  1. As per our records, i have received course cancellation is initiated against our dues from skill-lync, for this Mr. Shahil is taken charge for cancellation.Therefore, i do not want to proceed with the case and request you to withdraw the same.

  2. Pooja Sen Verma recently enrolled in the Skill Lync online course for front-end development. Initially, an Inside Sales Specialist named Manish sir from Skill Lync was the manager and Vivek Tiwari sir contacted me to take the course. Despite refusing repeatedly, they persisted and claimed that they were helping students and offering many facilities. After speaking with the representatives and gathering information, I thought it would be a good idea to enroll in the course. I was dissatisfied with the course, found it difficult to understand, and could not fulfill the EMI demand of 1 lakh 10 thousand, And One month EMI already Pay which was too high for me and MY family. I emailed the representatives to cancel MY loan and explained that I could not pay the monthly EMI due to financial issues. Although they discussed EMI before I joined, they did not mention the refund policy. They are now asking her to study policies, which has added to her dissatisfaction with the course. Despite many executives calling to convince ME to continue the course,I requested an immediate cancellation. They all said the same thing – “We are working on your issue” – and then hung up without any further response.

After few days i Continusly I am informing related this issue but no bady want to listen i said i dont want the course i want only close the loan Process yor have policy but if anyone student not want then can you forces me Its not good .Skil-lync TORTURE me for EMI Eduvanz is torturing me.I sent many emails explaining the i am not interested in continuing the course and requested them to cancel it anyway. I seeks assistance in finding a solution to this matter.

    THis torture Not good For me .for forcefully provided me course and Now Eduvanz is calling me everyday .I informed to all .i want to only close the loan process and without problem return my documention information.

    I have bought the course of Post Graduate Program in Data Analytics
    and Data Science from Skill-Link, two months back Syed and Gaurav had
    told me that we will get your session done by a Hindi person, but from
    6 months it will happen every day from tomorrow to Monday by saying 6
    Months have passed and now they Can’t Receive my calls and reply to my
    message. what basis should I trust skill link, I am paying EMI for 6
    months without reading, and no one is helping me

    please refund my amound and close my loan

Hello ,Im kajal , the same thing is going on with me , I told them I want to cancel the cousre due to financial reasons , Their agent called me and tried to convince to continue the cousre but even after saying no they are not proceessing my cancellation request .I raised the ticket so many times but still not getting the response from team . Even without solving the concrn they are closing the ticket .
