I’m parameswar behera from odisha, balasore, I came to know about skill lync on Nov2022 last week and they explained their courses and i told I have many financial problems and i can’t take,then they told me about providing loan by the company name eduvanz for the students and i was interested in taking of course pg program in cad which costs ₹175000 and I have to pay 7955 per month of duration 22 months , then they asked for my documents and i sended mine they said I’m under age of 22 and asked for my parents documents and i sended it ,and after few days march 18 my uncle is dead by the accident,26 April my grand father is dead his stomach problems and also have many financial problems then i report this situation to finance department and my relationship manager of skill lync and i asked to cancel the program, they said no cancellation and only I have to make the EMI payments monthly . After that they told me to raise a ticket , i raised the ticket no one called after and now I’m compelled by them to pay EMI monthly.
Kindly help me to cancel the course and loan
