To Honourable Court,
I am Ummer Raes from Calicut and currently work in Bangalore in the EMS industry.
I got cheated by sales agents Piyal and Skill Lynch. On the date of my enrollment, I was trying to cancel this course due to my financial and health issues. When I first joined, they told me that I could stop the course whenever I wanted, but when I approached them at the end of the first month, they refused to let me cancel and made me pay $89 per month until March 2023, which I am paying for simply to learn Lync. I am not currently enrolled in any courses at Skill Lync, but they charge me fees as a condition of enrollment. I am requesting that the Honourable Court intervene in this matter.
The way they are locking us up is by putting a loan in our name without our knowledge.
Ive been trying to cancel this for the past 10 months, but it’s not happening. Please help me out.
