Text of Complaint by Rithubeth G:

I had joined for a PG course in Skill-lync in the month of January. As a pre booking amount I made a payment of rupees 5000. As of sudden by the end of January an expected event happened. My father was found ill, He is having a rare disease that his blood count keeps on falling low because there is no blood reproduction happening in his body. As a part of it chemotherapy treatment is started and its a life time process. i’am the onetaking him daily to the hospital. only for his treatment and medications an expenditure of around 1,10,000 rupees is to be met monthly.

As I’am going through this helpless situation, I’am not able to find a source to pay the EMI payment as discussed with Skill-Lync. Its a plan of 9091 rupees per month for 22 months. I’am truly helpless and asked for the discontinuation of the course and closing of the loan.
I raised cancellation ticket and I sent medical documents for proof of the event to both skill-Lync and Eduvanz. As a response Eduvanz said that if they obtain a “course discontinuation confirmation” mail from skill-lync only they will close the loan.

But as of now Skill-Lync has not contacted me back or made any progress or send any reply.
I want to discontinue the course asap and want the money spend till now back as its a very hard time for me and my family. I request for help from where ever or whomever possible. Frequent call from Eduvanz daily when I’am at hospital with my father is causing me a hard mental stress too.
Please respond asap.

    1. No one have contacted me yet. I want this prob solved immediately. It feels like a harrasment.

    2. I haven’t received any kind of response from your side. If there is no response, I will have to take this to higher levels as there are many. Understand the situation and do needful for the cancellation procedures.

  2. My complaint has been resolved by Skill-Lync and they took care of all my concerns. Thank you Skill-Lync for resolving this.
