I have closed my personal loan in July and inspite of sharing all the details like NOC from bank the CRED is not closing my loan in the system. Now we are in October but yet they are neither responding to my emails nor closing loan and even not refunding my additional EMI’s which they took after closing the loan.
Since July, I must have send atleast 100 emails and followups… Tagged thier management in twitter but they are not responding to any of my emails. They don’t have direct branch address nor the customer care number …. I am struggling and depressed. The loan closure amount is more then 3 lakh
