I have paid all the emis and cleared the loan on 24 august 2020 but they still in this year 2021 locked my phone and showed amount which i had already paid and locked my phone.. I have tried to connect with their helpline but I’m unable .. I had done everything still they are not responding and my phone is still locked.. I’m so frustrated.. They are not picking phone and once in a while if I’m able to connect they left me saying again again that we are updating your payment status.. But still no results.. I’m really pissed off.. They are not unlocking my phone
