I had a running loan with kreditbee, and i closed my loan before time, to avail a new one.
I received the sanction letter for the loan. But later they canceld the loan saying my profile does not meet the parameters. I have the right to know, because my cibil score ig good and i have never missed my emi.
The money was for medical use, it is not fair from their end. I would not have closed the loan, and would have continued with the old one. And after sending sanction letter, they have to give me the reason for cancelling it. Because the terms and conditions are written. And a sanction letter acts as a contract between the lender and the borrower.
