Text of Complaint by Prithwish Sarkar:

I bought a pair of eyewear for 1700 using their AI feature,which didn’t fit well so had to exchange it, I had to make consequent exchanges as the other pair of glasses i received after the first exchange didn’t fit as well. So now I have been trying for several days to place a new order but at the time of placing the order I dont see any store credit anymore. I have tried a lot through through their customer service to tell me my store credit but they just ignore me and transfer my chat to a AI bot. I was mentally harassed and I still am the way they are treating me.
