Hello Sir/Madam,
I am writing this mail regarding the complaint against Dr. Cash Loan application in Google Play store.
Dr. Cash is providing the loan and taking all the details with high interests. I am also taken loan due to covid situations and medical expenses.
My loan amount : 3000
Dispersal amount : 2221
My loan I’d : R2021090712304410872576266
Due Date : 17th September 2021
Amount paid on 16th September 2021.
But still getting the notices regarding to pay the amount again. I have mailed multiple times to that support team but no response from them. It’s being already 20 days completed but still not get any mail.
Please look into this issue as soon as possible and make sure to take the complaint again this loan app.
