I have applied loan from easy loan app which has given me several option from which i chosen smart loan.. after i applied i haven’t received any amount in my account still it says that i have to repay a loan amount of rs 3700/- there was no customer care number in app, i got the customer care number from google in which i called and described all the issuehe told me i can see the amount is not Disbursed do you need this loan now i said no i don’t want any loan now please decline it as my need is fulfilledthe he asked me to whatsapp my id’s and 1 selfie for Declining the loan from this app if I’m not providing these details then i have to pay the loan amount whether it is received or not as it is already processed from their side. I disconnected the call and i messaged him on whatsapp and again i described all these. He messaged me to send my I’d and selfie and said it will b safe with us don’t Worry, I asked him why you need this documents if you are a staff and you can see in your system that it is not Disbursed then you can directly decline from your system right? He didn’t reply me on that message. I found it fishy and i have not given him any documents and also i have uninstalled the app..
Today morning i got a whatsapp mesg from +92 series and he sended me the details of that loan my id’s photo my selfie photo which i have given when i have applied for that loan.. and then he sended me my all contacts i don’t know how he got that access.. i have already given complaint in my near by police station and also in cyber crime branch from the help of me friend and relatives.
