I took personal loan in pcfinance(Cashbean) and i paid full amount of Rs.4600 with interest. In cibil it is showing account is closed but when we will apply for another loan, it is showing as Rs.8832 overdue is there and i am not eligible for further loan. Kindly do the needful for removing the overdue amount.
