Dear sir/mam
I have applied for a loan of amount 50k through kreditsaathi app which provides a company executive WhatsApp extension no. And told me to provide my essential documents like pan card, aadhar card, passport size photo as well as my electricity bill and after they have approved my loan and in the name of loan processing and disbursal they have asked me to pay file charges of Rs. 1950 & aggreement charge of Rs. 3568 and even after paying those amounts they have now asked me to pay security charges approx Rs. 6k as well as insurance fee charges which is much more than this but I have denied to pay this further amount and now they not refunding my paid amount as well as loan amount disbursal has been pending and i have tried so many times to contact their company executive and he had asked me to wait for within 15 days for refund but now he’s ignoring my msgs as well as not picking my call and blocked my WhatsApp number very disappointed I am and being frustrated after losing hefty amount in the name of loan processing by their company and di have all those valid documents as well as proofs of my payments and approval letter as well as agreement charges.
So please sir help me to get out of this and provide me refund in no time it’s my it utmost plead to you sir 🙏🏻
