I have a paytm business account. Some paytm marketing employee borrowed my phone and applied for a loan amount of 15000. This loan amount has not been disbursed to my account, however paytm is deducting the daily EDI(Easy daily instalment) for the loan amount. I have called the customer service number 100 times and they just beat around the bush and place the call on hold and disconnect the calls. I have mailed them as well. Paytm employees act like frauds instead of confronting the issue and giving a solution. I want the daily deducted amount back and I want a compensation for my time and energy wasted in talking to these useless people.
