Even after making the full repayment of the loans taken a long time ago still the accounts are been shown as OPEN in CIBIL, which is highly impacting my credit ability without any reason. No proper action is been taken by ARTHIMPACT DIGITAL LOANS PRIVATE LIMITED as they are not submitting the correct credit data to the CIBIL bureau at correct time. I have the have attached the snapshot from CIBIL report as well where the current balance shows 0 still the loan is not closed.
