I haven’t loan for several weeks because someone snatch my phone and my wallet that got all of my ID’s. So someone is using my profile to make loans eventhough I cannot make a loan. So for some reason, one of my friends told me that someone called them to urge me to make a payment but I haven’t receive any money. I did try to call their hotline or service number but no answer.
