Text of Complaint by Rahul Kumar:

I am Rahul Kumar bought an AC (Split) 1 Ton on November 2021 by Amazon attached is the bill copy for your reference.

November been bit cold season so we haven’t checked it’s working condition.

From March we have started using the same Airconditioner but didn’t get cooling then called customer care support and arranged for servicing of Airconditioner.
April servicing been done but no cooling again then raised the complaint again the Lloyd service agent said having less Gas will refill it and took 1 month for Gas refilling and again No Cooling.

I have called servicing agent 5 times and still things not resolved.

Requesting you to replace the Airconditioner at your earliest.
