I have raised complaint that my AC is not working with Lloyed service center.
Service centre people came twice and refilled gas in both visit. I paid 6000 to them for that. When I raised the complaint again after 15 days, technician came and they took AC to their service center and informed that with in 2 days they will resolve the issue. Now it is more than 10 days and the service people are not picking call and even they pick by chance as I call them from different number, they are only giving excuses that they are outside and will update me once they reach office. Also not getting any help from customer care. Customer care always saying that within 2 4hours issue will get resolved and you will get call from service center. But I never received any call neither from customer care or service center.
