I ordered a pair of LL Bean boots from an ad on Facebook on October 3. After attempting to check the order after 4 weeks, the website for customer service was non-existent. The confirmation stated my credit card charge was labeled as ‘ZUVADESIGN instead of the website from which you purchased your product’. First Red Flag. I emailed them back from the confirmation and was told to just check with my local post office. Tracking showed the item was delivered to my mail box on 10-20, but I did not receive. I received a pair of sunglasses which I did not order but was from a different source.
