I have bought a livpure water purifier product directly from livpure company website and I have done my complete payment also to that company my order ID: LSHDC4396 (Linea copper model) and I have raised complaints couple of time through mails complaint ID: 174095, everytime it pop a system message says someone from company will call. But untill now I didn’t get any call and response from company side and I dnt know where is my order is and when it will get delivered.
Because I am not getting any proper response from sales person and team I wish to raise a complaint on livpure as I got cheated and I wish to get my product as soon as possible or I get my full amount refund back
