I ordered a zinger water purifier on subscription model and was assured a new purifier at the time of sales call and they gave me a refurbished product and that was also not working. The tech who came for installation asked me to raise a complaint and I told him that I am going for a replacement product and so he did not submit a service entry that he visited and the product was defective. When I called the customer service they told that they will follow their process to check with the tech and then replace the product with another refurbished one, but what about the assurance given to me?
