Livpure smart RO claims with monthly subscription model to provide a free service and replacement of filters as and when there is an issue and they charge fair amount of monthly charges. Now the filter lock is broken without even any manual handling and they are not even bothered to provide a service. They ask for monthly payment to even consider the complaint and take it forward. I have registered my first complaint on 24th October and they close it without even addressing. I have filed the multiple complaints and the last one with a Ticket Number: 6700838052007. If they are not willing to provide service as they promised to, then there is no point in continuing the service and would need to return the security deposit they have taken
