As per my first compaint no SR0000189J0K engineer visited in our location say’s cable line fault found, afterword we found that as on 10.01.2022 complaint was closed without any resolution and i raised 2nd complaint as on 10.01.2022 as per sr no. SR0000189J0K after word your engineer is not comming to our permisses till date ( as per your mail Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.)
So Request you to resolved my issue asap.
