Text of Complaint by S. Govindarajan:

Though I made the payment of Rs 470 on 29th of February for the bill dated 25th February my line has been disconnected. I sent a few mails, spoke to them several times, send the payment transfer details through screen shot, conveyed transaction details. Still they have not given me the connection. I am also attaching the payment transfer details for your record.
