Respected Sir/Madam,
We wish to register paid complaint regarding MIDC not operating lift in our Building.
Techflow Engineers (I) Pvt. Ltd. based in Building 2(A-3), Unit 415, 416 and 417 Millennium Business Park, Ghansoli, Mahape, Navi Mumbai -400710, Maharashtra, India owning this office premises for more than 15 years. We are writing this on behalf of other offices too which are operating in our building premises.
Since last 5 years we have been regularly facing issues with lift not working and ruthless attitude of MIDC staffs and we have been repeatedly filing complaint in MIDC office and Head office as well. However lift used to work temporarily for nearly 5-7 days a month and then wouldn’t work for rest of the month and no solution from MIDC team. Now MIDC has clearly told us that lift will not work and not sure when new lift will be installed. Also, they told us to search for lift technicians/vendors in their budget if we want the lift. The condition of the lifts are horrible in terms of cleanliness and functionality.
We have nearly 85 employees associated in our company and more than 700 people working in this premises, wherein there are some elderly employees, along with some employees being physically challenged, pregnant, obese and temporarily disabled. This might look a meticulous issue however this is challenging when such people face problem on day to day basis and MIDC has no outlook, humanity and courtesy towards people.
We have been regular with all payments to MIDC if any however we are not getting any services or support from them. We are not sure about what they do with all the maintenance charges they take from all offices.
We feel helpless hence all offices in our premises wish to register this complaint against MIDC and we hope to get resolution on our daily concerns.
