I have an airtel mobile number 9872583955 which is very old number and I have given money to Airtel for lifetime validity and on checking validity from my mobile it was showing my validity January 13, 2038 of which I am sending you the screenshot dated 5 October, 2018.
But now airtel is breaching his contract and changed the data of validity in his records and now on checking the validity it is showing 25th October 2018.
Please fine heavily Airtel on this fraudaulant act which is forcefully compelling his lifetime prepaid customers to recharge the mobile.
I have also emailed to Airtel customer care regarding this matter today 20th October, 2018. But Airtel has not given me any reference number regarding my complaint.
I on behalf of Lifetime Prepaid Customer of Airtel expect justice from You.

I also received similar message for my airtel no 9893101388 mentioning that outgoing will be stopped from 29th Nov though I had required balance in my account.
In view of the above, I have been forced to recharge the above number.(Rs 35).
As a lifetime prepaid customer, I am entitled to get uninterrupted service as long as I have balance in my account.
This may be taken up with airtel.

But im getting SMS from the company that my Validity is till this month 30:11:18

Same here , showing my validity expired , and Airtel says me to recharge every month for 35 RS, per month ??
I am facing the same issue. Lifetime offer is cancelled.
I’m also facing the same with my AIRTEL no 9932789098.
I am also facing the same issue, then what is the reason in recharging with life time offer and how can Airtel cancell with plan who has already recharged with Life time. This is not fair on Airtel to do such act. Then what is the reason of bringing the LifeTime plan earlier when you are able to change the plans as per your wish.
Please look into this and consider this to cancell the uplift of the Lifetime plan who are already with that plan.
I too Have a AIRTEL connection which I took back in the year 2004, and I paid Rs.1000/- for life time incoming calls. Now I got message saying outgoing and incoming will be stopped.
Airtel is looters, Cheaters
They collected Rs.1000/- from me just for getting incoming calls free for lifetime.
AIRTEL is cheaters please port to JIO as soon as possible. and SUE AIRTEL

I had recharged probably 999 or 1200 for the life time validity plan and they had also charged different call charges for me (if normal cost was 1rs they used to charge me 2rs at that time) now all of a sudden they have cancelled my incoming call when spoke to the customer support they don’t have the data also to know when it’s was reacharged and in what plan & this number I am using it for about 14 years & I have around 5 postpaid numbers which I use in Airtel and even I use my internet service with Airtel… And now they are forcing me to recharge for 35 rs which doesn’t make any sense bcoz the package or offer which had given me was about liftime validity
I will try writing the mail to the authorities if I am not getting answer or do justice towards it I will definitely pay the money but definitely not to Airtel anymore I will port the number to some other service provider but never ever to Airtel
am using the airtel sim since 3 yrs, when i took the sim it was lifetime. But now am getting the voice recorded that 22/dec is the last day after that i cannot get the calls until unless i do recharge

hi am using my airtel number from past 20 years .and airtel had given offer in 2003 i guess that if you pay 375 you get life time in coming free and i had paid for it . but now they are telling that tariff has been changed.then why did they take 375 rs . airtel are biggest cheaters .unknowingly the activate services and cut lot of charges ..
I am a user of Vodafone (9896969597). Earlier Vodafone used to say validity will be of lifetime, but now they said validity is over to receive calls. Even though I am having a balance of more than 50 rupees. So, how this has to be sorted out?
