I HAD RS 151 WHICH IS EXPIRING ON 19/12/2018. ELEVEN YEARS AGO I BOUGHT A SIM WITH LIFETIME VALDITY WITH THE FACILITY OF OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS THROUGH OUT LIFETIME WITHOUT ANY RECHARGE. BUT NOW I RECEIVED A MESSAGE TO EXTEND THE VALIDITY FOR EVERY MONTH. THIS IS TOTALLY CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMER WHY AM I FORCED TO MAKE A RECHARGE IF I HAD A LIFETIME VALIDITY SIM.
