Purchased lifestyle gift card of amount INR 2000(500*4) against order id OD326751149635158000 on 10 th Dec 2022 . The gift cards dispatched without pin number. Pfa screenshot.So I am unable to redeem it. Raised multiple request against this . Everytime the request closed without providing the resolution. The executives dealing with this are so irresponsible mostly they disconnect the call in between. Worst ever experience so called no 1 Ecom retailer.
