Please let me know Why unlimited validity is removed for my mobile number 9849374829.If you have changed your mind please refund my money back or RS.2098-.Otherwise I am going for mobile portability BRC.murthy I AM GOING FOR LEAVING YOUR COMPANY AS I DIDN’T RECEIVED ANY THING TO MY GRIEVANCE BY MOBILE PORTABILITY TO OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER ,AS MY GRIEVANCE HAS NOT BEEN REDRESSED ,AS UNLIMITED OUT GOING IS NOT RESTORED AND AS I AM ASKED TO RECHARGE FOR VALIDITY AND AS RECEIVED MESSAGE TO THAT EFFECT,EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN MAINTAINING HUGE BALANCE OF ABOUT 2000 AND MAKING RECHARGE REGULARLY. PLEASE REFUND BACK MY AMOUNT AS YOU HAVE GONE BACK OF YOUR PROMISE ,AS YOU ARE UNABLE TO RESPECT LOYAL CUSTOMER OF 13 YEARS.I DIDN’T RECEIVE ANY CALL WITH IN 4 HOURS AS PROMISED TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE 2 DAYS BACK.I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY FOR VALIDITY AGAIN AND HENCE LEAVING YOUR WORST ORGANIZATION.BYE BYE.WAIT FOR MY MOBILE PORTABILITY ( MNB).
