Text of Complaint by Asim:

This is with respect to a refrigerator which was bought on 14th April 2016 which was delivered on the same day @10:30PM from your LG Exclusive Shop National Electronics, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, which on inspection was found to have dent and multiple scratches, it was immediately informed to the delivery person who suggested to inform it to dealer, which was done the very next day on 15th April but dealer said it’s LG who should take the responsibility and asked to lodge a complaint on toll free and the same was done under RNA160415036265 and your technicians on visit confirmed the fault and said the door was indeed faulty and would be changed but till date on 31st August 2016 nothing was done so a fresh complaint was registered and same routine is going on like no parts available they have to order it from Head Office, please look into the matter.

Under the fresh complaint the door panel was sent which too had the manufacturing defect (attached wit this mail) and according to their CCO Ms Mamta these are bound to happen and I should accept this as it is, please look into it.
A complaint has also been registered with the Consumer Affairs of India under docket no 14668, the consumer affairs under the docket said to contact them via a given mail and to my shock that mail address doesn’t even exists.

Please look into the matter and help.
