I had ordered powered eyeglasses to Lenskart Company. There were some fitting issues and as per the company policy i requested to Exchange the set. They picked up the eyeglasses set from my home and ensured that the paid amount will be credited to my Lenskart account as STORE CREDIT and they will generate a STORE CREDIT CODE for that and i will be able to use that amount/code to my next order.
My Store Credit amount is Rs. 2330/-.
Lenskart issued me that STORE CREDIT CODE after quality check of my returned eyeglasses. When i used that STORE CREDIT CODE to pay the next order, it Did NOT work.
I informed Lenskart through their Customer care numbers. I was ensured it will be done.
I emailed them almost 10-12 times so far.. I have sent them proofs of Video and screen shots of my genuine problem. Every time they replied that it’s a Technical Glitch and they are working on it but later they reply in the email that my request is closed.
From last 15 days my STORE CREDIT CODE problem is not solved and my Rs.2330/- are stuck in Lenskart account.
I really needed this new eyeglasses due to change in my power lenses but now I am suffering with unclear eye vision and my eyesight is also being affected due to this delay.
This is a Harassment !!
