I am writing to file a formal complaint against AOM Tarun for their inappropriate behavior towards me and other employees in the department. Over the past several months, I have witnessed and experienced several instances of unprofessional conduct that I believe warrant immediate attention.
Instead of focusing on business,He has been unnecessarily transferring employees to long distance location as employees getting demotivated and getting roaster compliances and shouting to managers and employees on the floor.
And He is only supporting the Cluster Optom e.g. Chandrima so that he is getting a store update from Chandrima,So that she interferes in the store and the manager works instead of focusing on optom work
This type of behavior is unacceptable and goes against the company’s values of respect and professionalism.
I believe that their behavior is creating a toxic work environment that is affecting the morale and productivity of each team.
I am requesting that immediate action be taken to address these concerns and ensure that the workplace is a safe and respectful environment for all employees.
