I purchased Vincent chase Computer Eyeglasses worth Rs.2240 on Lenskart Order No. 1250730985 on 28th Sep 2021 and received on 04-oct-2021 and paid Rs.2339/- on delivery.
But the product is Complete fake Product, there is no special thing I observed on wearing. I understand they sold me a silly unnecessary Rs.10 road side product with Rs.2339/- Higher price tag.
– So requested for refund & they accepted for Rs.2240 But the 3 months validity Gold membership of Rs.99 was looted by lenskart and they said it is non-refundable.
– Now the new issue is refund date is dragging daily with newer date which is so longer.
– Amazon is refunding immediately on 1 or 2 days if I return a product.
– But lenskart is showing 19th Oct. now it is 08th Oct. and that date is also dragging auto changing daily. At first it is showing 16th Oct, but nextday it auto changed to 19th Oct.
– I contacted Lenskart customer care on whatsapp chat, just sent messages like 24 hours time required to solve.
– product returned on 04 Oct-2021 and refund details they will ask on 19th Oct 2021, then after don’t know when they refund to my account which is also 2240/-.

I am not confident on lenskart refunding as it is daily dragging to newer date without my permission, kindly solve the problem.
