Text of Complaint by Sandya:

  1. LENOVO has been luring customers with offers to purchase their products online from their website.
  2. Product delivery has been assigned to ND Commerce eho already have a very bad reputation in the market. Google reviews attached.
  3. I purchased LENOVO laptop on 26th May 2020. Since then there have no updates on product. No dispatch dates provided.
  4. Their contact number provided is unreachable and there is no response from their Social Media platform as well.
  5. Their order tracking link leads you to a non existent webpage
  6. Like me there are several customers who are strughling to get their order delivered or desperate to get back their refund.
  7. LENOVO has been holding on various customer funds in the name of offers and leaving them stranded for days. Mentally harassing customers holding on to their hard earned funds.
  8. I have attached tweets and list of harassed customers for review.
