Purchased a Lenovo laptop (s145- i5, 8th generation) from My G digital Hub Calicut on 9th November 2019.
It was found that the built-in Microsoft office version 2019 advertised in their online page was not there, instead it was Microsoft office version 2007.
(Please note: at the time of purchase it was very clearly clarified that this laptop comes with a built in 2019 MS. Office version).
later on contacting the sales consultant, he said that this version laptop does not come with built in Ms office 2019 and nothing can be done again.
They were not ready to accept the miscommunication made and asked me to do the installation from my end.
After much discussions they installed Microsoft 2019 version, after which the laptop has started showing irregular acts like getting stuck while using Microsoft office tools such as excel, ppt, word etc.
It has not even been 1 month since the purchase was made and the laptop gets hang very frequently, making it non-usable for intended purpose.
