To convert my postpaid account (9733532121) to prepaid took 3 month due to the unnecessary delay from the below branch.

We paid the last outstanding amount but still they are asking for another 1 month payment.
Their behavior is too rude and they always give wrong information to collect money.
They are not providing the statement also.
After converting the Postpaid to Prepaid they are telling I need to recharge minimum 399 against the prepaid account. Why so?
I can recharge 20 RS also as per my requirement.
Because of that I denied to collect the prepaid SIM.
They are repeatedly calling in my alternate number and threatening of Legal step. Please assist to get rid of this annoying situation.
