I enrolled in the CATS course on 22nd May 2023 with high hopes of gaining valuable knowledge and skills. However, I regret to inform you that my experience has been far from satisfactory. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my enrollment within the specified refund period, which, as per BYJU’s refund policy, should make me eligible for a refund.
It has now been over one month since I initiated the refund request, and despite my multiple follow-up emails and attempts to contact your customer support team, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of my request. This lack of communication and transparency is deeply concerning and has left me feeling neglected as a customer.
I sincerely hope that we can resolve this matter amicably and avoid any further escalation. I look forward to a swift and positive resolution to this issue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
