I had lunch with my 2 friends at Chandus Hotel located in Malleswaram, Bangalore, The bill for the same was Rs. 620/- I tried to make the payment using Lazypay App but the transaction failed repeatedly. So I Paid the Hotel Rs. 620/- in Cash. of Rs. 620/- for a failed transaction. I do not owe them any money since the transaction failed repeatedly. I sent them screenshots of the failed transaction, yet they are demanding payment. Now they have charged Rs. 100 as late fees and are demanding Rs. 720/- and also threatening me that they will report non-payment to CRISL and RBI
Now Lazypay is demanding the payment. I am not going to pay for a failed transaction and reporting this matter as a complaint against Lazypay.
