i have placed an order of a lavender blazer set. it came on 1st April 2023. and when i tried it the fitting were not my size as It was clearly customized. I couldnt even try my pants of blazer it was very difficult.
On 2nd April 2023. I have messaged the owner and designer of the website my problem with my order. Also request pick up and send me new blazer set with my customized size. They said okay. Once they receive the package they will send me within 3days new one.
i have returned the product to the company address. Waited more than 3days. No replies. I contacted to them on their no. And as well instagram and through mail. Several times which is 8/9 times till this date. Also requested to refund my amount. Company refused to do any of this. i called their lavish apparels customer care and they do not pick up the call. On instagram handler page they say the designer and owner (Raveena drall) is on vacation. When they be back they will get in touch with me.
Yet till this date 14th September 2023. I have not received any call back nor messages. Or refund my money.
Kindly help me. thank you
