Text of Complaint by Anonymous:

I had placed an order for 309 Egift cards for all my employees amounting to Rs. 1000/- each. I was continuosly following up on emails, messages and calls on how and what way i want the cards to be sent. Employee names, email ids, and entire details were shared with Amar Kumar, Ashish Lakhera, Sunil Kumar, and Amandeep Singh. An amount of Rs. 316000 was paid online and i have received a receipt for the same. before making the payment i had sent email communication and had verbal communication with AMar and Sunetra (customer support) on sending these cards to all my employees on their official email ids. I followed up nearly for 100 times on 20th that as y the vouchers were not shared. To my surprise Amar Kumar shared all the coupons/vouchers to all my employees at 8 pm on their personal emial ids even without not intimating me despite of talking on them on calls and emails. Today is 21st i had an appointment with my doctor which i cancelled as these people have still yet not published the vouchers. this was seriously not expected from Amazon, all i could say is they are frauds. i lost my respect and my dignity in front of my seniors completely.
