I have prime membership and ordered mobile redmi 10 A on offer of 8299 and expected delivery was on 29 december. Our main reason to order this delivery on amazon was 2 day delivery as we have prime member ship and we had very emergency for phone. But till date our phone has not been delivered. Amount also has not been refunded.
They are not ready to give us same offere…
It is purely company’s fault ..Incase of urgency I have waited till now 4 jan 2023
So I need compensation from the company but product not delivered till date what is the use of being a prime member ..because i am a prime member and they have to refund my amount along with compensation amount
