Text of Complaint by Monika rajpoot:

I have booked my courier packet on emergency basis through DTDC and I have already paid for special and fast service but it has been 5 days and my packet is still not delivered to the destination.
I am constantly trying to connect with customer support of DTDC but all i am getting is waiting time saying that you are in queue and after sometime (approx 10 min) call get disconnected automatically.
Since the packet contains the medicine but still DTDC is not able to meet their basic protocols.
