I have been charged late fee of over 500₹ for Paytm postpaid service for the month of June and July 2022.My salary was delayed in these months and hence could not pay on time butI have made the payment on the very next day of payment due date of 7th of june and july.I had emailed Paytm for the waiver request but no response and।also their customer care chatbot gives automated responses hence no help.Kindly help me with the waiver, I cannot afford such huge fines,in this time tough financial times.Thanks a lot.
