Late fees charged waiver is not provided even after the settlement with the executive.
They are also appying interest on lates fees month by month & its increasing day by day. I told my problems to almost 20 executive of paytm postpaid & they are not resolving this problem even they are mentally harassing me for this payments.
At that time i have done a payment of ₹8537 & excutive promise me to waiver of ₹885.25 & now this amount is increase into ₹3363.25
Please help me into this i am mentally disturbed from calls please refund the whole amount & unblock my paytm postpaid account
