I Chandra Bhushan, user of paytm postpaid Registered Mobile Number 8285119570. A bill generated on 01 February 2023, Due date was 07th February 2023 I missed the payment and I paid it on 8th February 2023, even that they have charged 590 late fee, but acording to RBI guideline they cant charge any late fee if customer pay his dues within three days after due date
means if my due date is on 07th february 2023 then i can pay it till 10th february 2023
So i request to please do needfull action for that and please help me for waived of this late fee charged on my account
they also give my number to an recovery agency name compenent synergies for recover amount
