On 7th of June I ordered a gift for my very close friend’s birthday by Amazon In. It has to be there on 13th of June. There was a delay but not any explanation. I contacted Amazon customer service and was assured it will reaches on 15th of June. When it was not I contacted again. The person whom I contacted left the chat without any explanation and there came another one who after reading what I wrote left the chat too without any explanation. there was the third one, who finally assured me the parcel will reaches today. Today after long waiting I decided to contact them again and got to know it will reaches on 23rd of June…and after some time they told me it will be on 21st! I am not an Indian citizen and do not know what is wrong in this country’s service but I can say they are awful! I have already stopped using Indian Post service due to the same reasons now Amazon there does the same! And anyone of customer support doesn’t really know what to do so to solve my problem but constantly repeat sorry, we apologies…they are making me fool. Must be known that such things is absolutely not possible to happen in Europe and I do not know how to react. This is ridiculous! They do not give me any information but constantly repeat it is due to the Covid situation there. I do not know why the parcel is delayed and what is happening with it. They only offer me refund but I do not need it, I simply want the gift to be delivered as today it’my friend’s birthday. I have already sent two mails to their customer help, I got an automatically sent mail where they wrote that will contact me within 6 hours. But till now not any reply. I simply want to know where is my parcel? Why it is delayed? When finally it will reaches? What is wrong with services there and whom I can ask for help as I am not living in India but far from there? And if the situation there does’t allow them to deliver orders why do they get orders? How can they leave their customers without any explanation and to just lie me that it will be there tomorrow? This tomorrow never ends! I am disgusted!
