I ordered to send my rakhi to my brother in Jabalpur from DTDC courier which they promised to deliver on 11th the rakhi day but it was not delivered I raised a complaint which no one responded to I than waited for 12th thinking may be the next day but again no updates and no one is even responding to my complaints rakhi is a special day which was very very important for me and my brother but they hardly care about it today is 14th and till date also it is not delivered
