I have ordered around ₹4000/- worth of products from Flipkart for which some of the orders were supposed to be delivered last week itself and most of the orders should have been delivered by this time. But I received only 3 orders till now. When I contacted flipkart their helpline number doesn’t work, I will be offered a call back but I won’t receive any call but they message me stating they tried calling me but unable to connect. I tried rasing my voice on social media platform Twitter but same on that as well. They keep asking order ID for the order but instead I provided my mobile number to call me back but still they say sorry for inconvenience provide your order ID. Every day I get a notification stating that order was delayed due to bad weather and if I want I can place a new order but who will refund my amount if I place a new order. This has to be taken very seriously and pls take strict action against flipkart.

I have ordered POCCO M4 Pro 5G Mobile from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered on 11th July wherein I got the number of delivery partner also with whom I had contacted many times and he just kept giving excuse that he will deliver in next half to one hour and late in night when I was waiting for delivery, he told that he will not deliver the order.
When I contacted flipkart their helpline number doesn’t work, I will be offered a call back and despite of telling my concern to 3-4 customer care executives the issue remained unresolved. I don’t know whether the flipkart is run by professionals or they just depend on mercy of the delivery partners whom they are unable to control. I would like to request to take strict action against flipkart
