I have ordered Sparx shoes on 17th August 2022, it was supposed to be delivered on 18th August. On delivery date instead of delivering the product the status got updated as “incorrect address” where as I never got any update nor call from delivery agents.

I have contacted amazon customer care in chats and calls. Everyday they assured me that package will be delivered evening or next day morning. So I choose not to cancel my order & waited for the delivery.

Today, till August 24th 2022 my package is not delivered and the updates on the package also stopped.

Now the price of the product which I have book in discount sale is reverted back to original price. So I cannot cancel my order to re-book it again.

I need my delivery of the product and if possible the refund too due to my time loss.
