Text of Complaint by SenthilKumar:

I have ordered a products from amazon their delivery date was 16.11.2021 the delivery agent also called me to deliver the on that day, but he is not delivered. Then next day I contacted the delivery agent he is not received my call so I called customer care she gave assurance that they will deliver today (17.11.2021) don’t cancel the order. Then again today evening they rescheduled the order to tomorrow. I have contacted customer customer service they didn’t respond properly so I have cancelled the order. They gave assurance to deliver the order on mentioned date they charged extra amount also but they failed and also they don’t gave any proper response. So kindly take necessary action against them and ensure the justice for the customers those who are using these online site. This was happening 2nd time to me. If you’re not taking action they will repeat these type of activities in future also.
