Hello,
I am Vignesh. So Congrats for Amazon being no 1 position. I am a normal guy. I’ve order a item on Amazon online shopping. the order on dec 1st but still I didn’t get the product. It has been held by courier on December 7th, and I’ve spoken with few customer care people one guy was saying your product gets damaged another guy was saying courier has holding the product and they are not ready to share courier company number. I am sure they also don’t know what happen to the product so I didn’t get proper response and detail about this getting delayed. I don’t know what is happening behind. This was the worst response and frustration I ever seen in online shopping. If the dealer does not able to do their job why amazon giving dealership. Finally what is the solution for this. if amazon doesn’t provide good service to customer why don’t they stop the service. Really irritating on this I can’t reach again their customer care. Kindly do the needful for the same. Thanks
